    If every Ruby Tuesday's was ran like this one I don't think this franchise would be in the bad shape it's in. We eat here often when we're in town. The staff remembers us and they are super friendly. Salad bar is always clean with fresh selections.  I ate delicious pork chops this time too.
    This location should be the flagship restaurant.

    Pictures in bottom where photos are asked for. Just was here got salad  bar to go
    It was awful.
    The spring mix was horribly wet and was rotten. And the carrots were moldy. Even have rotten salad juice spill out in plastic bag.
    Have pic to prove.

    Would not give me bowl for the fruit and or pasta salad said I would have to pay for a side.
    Had to pay before I went up there.
    Would have gotten a refund if line at bar wasn't so bad for lunch time.
    Tried to tell me that's how they do i but done several times at gulf breeze.
    Salad dried, fresh, and extra containers for the pasta and or fruit salad and staff was friendly at gulf breeze.

    I've only been to this location one time and will not return. As soon as I received my entree there was one long brunette hair on the top of my food. The waitress took it back and they "fixed it" pretty much removed the hair, put it under a heat lamp and then brought it out. Manager nor anyone even came over to apologize. And still paid full price for the hairy food. I would of at least liked an apology for that.

    Best thing around here is the salad bar...I love how everything is fresh and delicious. I added a baked potato to my salad today. It was good I like the salt on the potato skin.  My friend had the veggie soup and said it was good.

    This was an amazing experience thanks to our amazing server Michel M. She was a great help and gave answers to our questions. Although she had worked for 10 hours straight, she was extremely pleasant. The food was very good and nicely seasoned, the mashed potatoes where my absolute favorite. Definitely a place to go for nice servers and good food.
